With a nursing career spanning over 10 years in one of Melbourne’s leading metropolitan hospitals, Richwell has garnered an exceptional reputation highlighted by her compassionate nature, relentless drive and a sharp eye for detail. During her tenure, she developed a specialty in interventional radiology as a clinical nurse specialist where she learnt about anatomy and a wide range of complex and minimally invasive procedures.
Richwell has always nurtured a creative flare and passion for the health and wellness industry, sparking her journey into the world of aesthetics in 2021. By working beside highly experienced cosmetic nurses and obtaining multiple certificates including fundamentals of skin, she was able to advance her experience and knowledge in the cosmetic industry while gaining hands on experience at one of Australia’s leading clinics.
A believer in investing in yourself and an advocate for lifelong learning, Richwell continuously seeks opportunities to develop her skill set in order to provide the best care and results for her clients. Her mission is to prioritise her clients’ safety whilst meeting their goals and needs, whether that be to improve skin health, enhance natural beauty or help restore self-confidence.

With 2 years of hands-on experience, Buse has become a respected figure in the medical field. Her journey began in perioperative nursing, where she honed her skills in surgical procedures, patient preparation, and post-operative care. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to patient safety earned her recognition among her peers and mentors.

Building upon her foundation in perioperative nursing, Buse discovered her passion for cosmetic nursing. She saw an opportunity to combine her surgical knowledge with cosmetic procedures, providing patients with a comprehensive and well-rounded approach to their aesthetic goals. Buse's approach is characterised by a deep understanding of both the surgical and non-surgical aspects of cosmetic care.

Kate loves ongoing learning and education, which is evident with her ongoing professional development and accolades and now ready to embark on her journey to begin her future studies to become a prescribing nurse practitioner.

Kate is dedicated to deliver quality treatments by performing advanced cosmetic injectables, clinical/ dermal procedures and have made her very own, well researched, mild cosmeceutical products that has been selling successfully for over seven years.
